From its 4 years, Freddy is not a dog like any other. Indeed, the Dane can claim to have achieved the record for tallest dog in the world, and the young dog continues to grow. With 2.24 meters in length and over 92 kilos on the scales, so it goes in the famous Guinness Book of Records.
Claire Stoneman, the proud owner of Freddy lives in Leigh-on-Sea, a small coastal town about sixty kilometers east of London. At age 41, she made her two great danes (Freddy and sister Fleur, ed) his priority. "I was only the last four years, but their presence has allowed me to receive love and hugs. Also, I have not washing dirty underpants " she says with humor. He added: "They are like my children and they need me. This shows that I have an important role for them. It's rewarding. "
However, owning such animals is not for everyone. Especially for the wallet. In the year between food, toys or veterinary costs, Freddy and Fleur cost a whopping 14,889 euros! Another element that demand a large budget: the couches. Because since he was a baby, Freddy has destroyed nearly twenty before finally realizing they also were comfortable when we reach it.
